How long will it take my items to arrive?

The exact length of time varies by Island. But most items will arrive within a week from the estimated departure date advertised by Ship to Island to be leaving the Miami port.

Can I track my shipment?

Can I pack my own box/barrel and have it delivered to you?

Sure, If you live in the Brandon, Riverview, Tampa or surrounding areas and you already have your boxes or barrels packed that would be no problem. Call or text customer service to arrange pick up at (813)810-0942.

What Caribbean islands do you ship to?

We ship to most of the Caribbean island such as Anguilla, Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Nevis, St. Baths, St. Croix, St. Johns, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, St. Vincent, Tortola and Trinidad to name a few.

Do you ship by sea or air?

We ship mainly by Sea but will have Shipment by Air available at your request.

 What are the shipping prices?

Shipping Prices depends on the Item, Cubic Feet, and Weight of package being shipped. See Price Rate Tab or call Customer Service (813)810-0942 for more details.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. You will be invoiced via email prior to your barrel/package is shipped. Payment must be finalized in order to have your shipment expedited. Transaction fee applies.

What if I need it here quickly?

Ship to Island will organize your air freight with Amerijet or FedEx. We'll work out the most cost-effective solution for you and have it dropped off.

How often do you ship to the Caribbean?

We ship once a month for now. However, during the busy months we plan on shipping bi-monthly, depending on volume.

Do I clear my items in the port?

Yes. You will be responsible for clearing your items from Port and paying the local duty charges. Once the cargo arrives at the Port, you will be contacted by a Shipping Agent with further instructions for Custom clearance. You will be responsible for paying the duty incurred.

What are the local tax and duties?

The local tax and duties are determined by the government of the import country, and vary by country and type of commodity. Please contact your local port authority for more information on fees.

Can transit time be guaranteed?

Estimated Transit Time (ETT) is the time between the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) from Miami and the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) at the destination. These estimated transit times are provided by the Ocean Carriers and are for estimations purposes only. Transit times provided cannot be guaranteed although most shipments will depart and arrive as scheduled.

Insurance

Insurance is available to customers at an additional cost. All purchase receipts or Bill of Sale must be presented in order to insure, consolidation rate does not apply to insured cargo.
